The challenge

There is already a massive shortage in personnel in the construction sector in the Netherlands, which is expected to increase even further in the coming years when looking at the Dutch government's building plans.

The solution

We put 'handy' students to work in the construction sector as a side job. The students tend to find this a nice change from their usual study life and a good learning experience. By taking over the more basic parts of the construction work, the 'normal' construction workers can focus on the more advanced work.

Mission

Solving the personnel shortage in the construction sector by putting students to work in this sector (as a side job) doing the more basic parts of the construction work (so for example no plumbing, but painting, making partition walls, building a shed, etcetera).
